How do I customise my organisation address in Zoho ERP?
You can customise your organisation address in Zoho ERP to meet your business requirements. To do this:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Organization Settings, select General under Setup & Configurations.
- Scroll down to the Organization Address Format section.
- Click the Insert Placeholders dropdown and choose the required one. You can also remove any existing placeholders, if required.
- Click Save.
Your organisation address will be updated.
How do I change my Zoho ERP organisation to the Light mode?
Zoho ERP currently uses Dark mode by default and does not support switching to Light mode.
How do I change the accent colour in Zoho ERP?
The default accent colour in Zoho ERP is blue. To customise it:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Organization Settings, select Branding under Organisation.
- Choose the Accent Color that matches your business requirements.
- Click Save.
The accent colour will be changed.
When do I get in-app notifications in Zoho ERP?

Notifications Regarding Actions Performed in Zoho ERP
You might receive in-app notifications for the following actions:
- Customer activities in Customer Portal: You’ll be notified when your customers:
- View a quote, sales order, invoice, retainer invoice, or a credit note.
- Comment on a quote, invoice, sales order, retainer invoice, or a credit note.
- Accept or decline a quote.
- Make payment for their transactions.
- Approvals:
- Approver: When a submitter submits a transaction for approval.
- Submitter: When the approver submits or rejects a transaction.
- Whenever a workflow rule is executed, and an immediate action configured is an in-app notification.
- When a signal is triggered and you’re the recipient.
