Return Policy
Cspkart is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day product guarantee, allowing customers to receive a full refund—excluding shipping costs—for new, unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery. Before returning any product, customers must obtain authorization by contacting us via email at support@cspkart.com or phone at +91 7986552805.
For incorrect or defective items caused by a Cspkart shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method. Returns processed within 7 or 14 days will result in the payment being credited to your account promptly.
If an incorrect or defective item is returned due to a Cspkart error and a replacement is requested, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide upgraded shipping for the replacement item. Please note that subscriptions require a 30-day notice for cancellation.
For electronic delivery, Cspkart will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, Cspkart will refund the purchase price of the product in the form of the original method of payment.
Open License – Cspkart may charge a 15% restocking fee on Open License orders that have been submitted to distribution or fulfilled. Retail Licenses – Cspkart may charge a 15% restocking fee on retail orders that have been fulfilled. Anti-Virus – Cspkart may charge a 25% restocking fee on Anti-Virus orders that have been fulfilled. Microsoft Office 365 – Non-Refundable! We are unable to send these keys back to Microsoft so we cannot refund any Office 365 purchases. Requires 30-day notice of cancellation.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellation of digital downloads once the product key has been activated or attempted to be activated on Microsoft Online.
Items may be returned as long as:
It is within 90 days of receipt of your items.
The items are unopened, and in the same shape as received.
Defective items are received with all parts and accessories intact.
You are providing a valid reason for return and you have obtained an explicit acceptance for the same from the original manufacturer/supplier for the specific and/ or products.
Shipping
We can ship to nearly any address in India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to destinations.
When an order is placed online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery is based upon several factors, including the destination, shipping method, and when the order was placed.
Most products ship on the same day. Here are estimated processing and delivery time frames for each shipping method:
- Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4 – 10 Business days for delivery
- Express Saver:1-2 days processing time. 2 – 3 Business days for delivery
- Standard Overnight:1-2 days processing time. 1 Business Day for delivery.
- Please keep in mind that these times are an estimation. Depending on product availability, it is possible your product may arrive on a sooner date.
- If you purchase your product(s) and it states they have an electronic delivery method or download, you will receive the required product/license key by email the same day* your order is confirmed.
